Taijitu Sketch

The taijitu is the diagram of ultimate power referring to the translation from Chinese. It represents the yin & yang, which symbolizes how opposites are interconnected. This was a sketch drawn with permanent marker and a thin marker. This I did not do for any project but for my sketchbook and to learn how to draw one. My goal was to make a good taijitu.

During this sketch my performance was great because I learned to draw a taijitu that is an extremely interesting figure. Making the circle to start was really easy, but then drawing the inside of the figure was one of my weaknesses. The outside was only to fill in the blank parts.
